Recently, in collaboration with the Office of Teaching and Learning, teacher leaders from across the district came together to create and share Warren’s Instructional Framework. Through collaboration, reflection, and shared learning, they highlighted effective instructional practices that support student engagement, rigorous learning, and academic success.
What makes this work especially powerful is that it is being led by educators who are in classrooms every day. Their willingness to learn from one another, model best practices, and support their colleagues strengthens our collective capacity to ensure every student experiences high-quality instruction.

Warrior Launch helps recent Warren graduates build confidence and prepare for a successful transition to college. The 2026 Cohort spent last week at the Journey of a Graduate Center at WCHS learning about financial aid, housing, academic support, and wellness. Through the College Matters grant, each student received a $500 stipend for college expenses. #WarrenWill
