When not required for educational purposes, the school buildings and properties of the District shall be available for community use under conditions prescribed or permitted by law and in accordance with the administrative guidelines for the use of school facilities. Facilities are not intended to be used as rental halls for parties, showers or celebrations not specifically related to students.
