November 3 Update Graphic

November 3, 2021

Good Afternoon Warren Students, Families, and Staff,

We have a few important announcements for the week of November 3rd.

I hope all of our students had a successful eLearning day yesterday. Just a reminder that student attendance will be based on completion of assignments and per our eLearning policy, students will have 5 days to submit their eLearning assignments to their teacher.

As we get closer to cold and inclement weather, we will utilize eLearning days when conditions are not safe for students to attend in person. Those additional details will be forthcoming as needed.

The safety of our students and staff is our highest priority.  In the event that information needs to be shared with a Warren staff member regarding someone’s safety,  students, parents and caregivers can either contact their child’s school during school hours or can call our District Safety Tip Line at 317-532-3049 or complete our District Safety Tip Form which is linked to this message and on our District website by clicking on the Prevent Bullying tab under Student Resources.

Warren parents and caregivers, as we head into the colder weather months and holidays, we recognize that your needs may change. If you have increased needs, you can call our outreach hotline at 317-608-0545 or email at MSDWarrenOutreach@warren.k12.in.us with your request. Someone from our Moorhead Community Resource Center will be happy to assist.

I want to thank our Warren parents and caregivers who took some time to complete our recent survey. We will be reviewing and analyzing the feedback to make adjustments as this school year continues. Your investment in Warren students and schools is greatly appreciated. Have a great rest of your week.

Dr. Tim Hanson, Superintendent of Schools for MSD Warren Township
