Good Afternoon, Warren Students, Families, and Staff!
There is a lot to be proud of across Warren Township right now. Our classrooms are full of learning, our students are rising to new challenges, and our community continues to show what it means to support one another.
As we head into an important stretch of the school year, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead for our students to demonstrate their growth and finish strong. I want to thank each of you for the role you play in making Warren a place where students thrive.

Our parent and caregiver survey is open now through April 17, and we invite you to take a few minutes to share your perspective. Every response helps us better support our students and strengthen our schools.

3rd Grade - 8th Grade ILEARN Testing April 20 - May 8
Our students are entering an important stretch of the school year, one filled with opportunities to demonstrate their growth and celebrate their progress. As part of this, our 3rd through 8th-grade students will begin the Indiana State Assessment (ILEARN) next week.
Our teachers have done an exceptional job focusing on the key skills and standards, and our students have shown great dedication by making their learning a priority. This is a great opportunity for students to show what they know by coming to school each day with a positive attitude and their best effort.
Parents and caregivers, please look for additional information from your child’s school newsletter. I’ve also included a few recommendations and resources below to help you better understand ILEARN and support your child during this time.

FREE Immunization Clinic

Moorhead Community Resource Center
One last reminder for tonight’s Immunization Clinic at MCRC. The registration link for the immunization clinic is https://patients.vaxcare.com/registration and enrollment code IN65942. Families can pre-register using this link. They will click on the link, enter the enrollment code and then select Moorehead Community Resource Center - 4/15/26. Also attached are PDF versions of our consent form in English and Spanish. Additional languages are available on our website under clinic resources. We do ask if you receive paper consent forms to please fax (1-800-285-1013) or scan an email (clinic@vaccinateindiana.org) as soon as possible so we can enter them into our registration system.

Thank you to the hundreds of families who have already completed online registration for the 2026–2027 school year. We’re off to a great start!
Online registration is now open for all current and new students. We invite you to take a few minutes to complete registration and get your student ready for another great year in Warren Township. Be sure to select the 2026–2027 school year when registering. You can access the registration site here.
To register a returning student or add a new student, simply log in using your ParentVUE username and password. If you already have a ParentVUE account, you will receive a ParentSquare message with your username and instructions to reset your password if needed. Please do not create a new account, as this may delay your registration and require you to restart the process.
If you do not yet have a ParentVUE account, please contact your school and they will be happy to help you get started.

As we begin planning for the 2027–2028 school year, we are seeking your input on the school calendar. We invite you to take a few minutes to complete a short survey and share your perspective. Warren Clean Up Day
One of our awesome traditions in Warren is the WCHS PTSA Warren Clean Up Day! For over 20 years, volunteers have come together to make the Far Eastside look a little better. Please accept this personal invitation to either join the other or do something in your neighborhood / community.
Join us for Warren Clean Up Day! Saturday, April 18 | 8 AM–Noon
The volunteer signup for the 2026 Warren Clean Up Day is open for a couple more days! Help us clean up and beautify our community alongside fellow volunteers. Thanks to the WCHS PTSA and several generous sponsors, volunteers will receive a light breakfast, lunch, a t-shirt, and all supplies—including gloves, trash bags, and transportation to sites.
Arrive between 8–9 AM at the Warren Central High School Fieldhouse (Door 14) for check-in, instructions, and a group photo. Let’s show our Warren and Far Eastside Pride!
