Superintendent Update - Nov 27

November 27, 2024

Good Afternoon, Warren Scholars, Families, and Staff,

We have some important announcements for the week of November 27th.

I would like to wish all of our Warren families and staff a very Happy Thanksgiving. I hope these next few days are filled with good food, fellowship, and fond memories.

With Thanksgiving coming later this year, we will only have 3 weeks remaining before winter break. Although it is a short time period, there are a lot of important events taking place. Please make sure you stay connected with your child’s school through their school newsletters and through ParentSquare. Linked here is the 2024-2025 school calendar.

Speaking of our school calendar, we are seeking input on future school year calendars.  The Board of Education will be reviewing the approved 2025-2026 calendar and will be previewing the 2026-2027 calendar at the December 18th board meeting with approval at the January 8th board meeting. You can provide your input by completing a short question survey linked here and on our District website.

This Saturday our Warren Township Council of PTAs and InspireSmall.Biz are hosting their First Annual Small Business Saturday Expo at Liberty Park Elementary from 12 to 6 pm.  Enter Door 1. Browse a variety of vendors and businesses in our community. Support Local!  FREE Popcorn is being provided by our Warren Township Council of PTAs to all visitors. Vendor fees are also being donated back to our Warren Township Council of PTAs. Over 20 vendors have registered to date. Help support our PTAs in our community by stopping by this event and talking with local businesses.
