College and Career Readiness is for all students! Starting conversations about careers in earlier years helps younger students begin to set career goals and improves academic performance. Career exploration allows children to begin to see themselves and how they will fit into the world of work as an adult. Helping students understand the relationship between "real world" responsibilities and how the alignment with "student life" are crucial in the development of essential skills that lead to successful employment and fulfilling careers.
It is important to MSD of Warren Township to provide experiences for our students and families to begin thinking about their future successes. We know that success looks different for everyone, that is why the Walker Career Center and Warren Central High School have created an evening of possibilities and opportunities for our community.
Please join us at Walker Career Center on Wednesday, November 13, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. for Career & College Fest and support your student in beginning to investigate what their future possibilities can look like! It is NEVER too early to begin thinking about and planning for the future!
