Lead Testing Results
Below are links to school results. Results are organized alphabetically by Board recognized building name, and corresponding programs/schools in that building are listed next to the building. For example, Highlander Park is the recognized brick-and-mortar name and currently houses two schools/programs – Adult & Continuing Education and the Warren Online Academy.
Beginning with the 2022-2023 school year, schools will be sampled every five years.
The health and safety of your child are paramount to us. Please contact your healthcare provider if you have health concerns. If you have any questions about the testing or results as we receive them, please contact sjewell@warren.k12.in.us.
Explanation of Results
FIXTURE CODE is just for tracking purposes. It allows us to identify and sort the fixtures easily.
DRAW TYPE explains if the sample was taken from the initial start of the water flowing or after the water has flushed for 30 seconds. This helps to identify if the source of the contamination is from the fixture or the pipes.
FIXTURE TYPE describes what the water source is. Sink, Water Fountain, Bottle Filler, etc.
FIXTURE LOCATION describes the exact location of the water source.
STATUS states if the source was tested and if it was not tested, why. “CANCELED DUE TO TYPE OF FIXTURE” means that the fixture was not flush tested because it is not required due to the type of prefiltration this fixture has.
INITIAL TEST RESULT what was found after testing. If the fixture is below 10 parts per billion, the fixture requires no more testing.
ACTION describes what was done if the fixture tested above 10 parts per billion. The fixture is immediately removed from service, bagged “Out of Order,” and replaced or has a prefilter installed if the fixture is recently new.
SECONDARY TEST RESULTS show that our actions have solved the issue or if we need to continue with further action.
