Want to change your child’s learning option from 100% VIRTUAL to HYBRID IN-PERSON or from HYBRID IN-PERSON to 100% VIRTUAL? Now is your chance! The Learning Option Change Request window for Grades 6-8 opens Friday, Jan. 15, and closes on Friday, Jan. 29, at 4:00 p.m.  

The purpose of the Learning Option Change Request Form is to allow families to change their child's Learning Option for the entire second semester, either from 100% VIRTUAL to HYBRID  IN-PERSON or from HYBRID IN-PERSON to 100% VIRTUAL learning if you desire a change

  • The Learning Option Change Request Form link will be available on your home school website near the top of the homepage from Friday, Jan. 15 through Friday, Jan. 29 at 4:00 p.m.

  • Please complete a separate form for EACH child.

  • Please submit your request as soon as possible. This allows our hardworking school staff time to begin planning for your students' needs. No request will be accepted after the window closes on Fri., Jan. 29 at 4:00 p.m. This will be the last opportunity to change your classroom environment for the 20-21 school year.

  • The request form should only be completed if you want to change your child's learning option as of Nov. 20, before the mandatory district-wide transition to VIRTUAL.*If you do not want to change your learning option, please do not fill out the form.

  • Grades 6-8 will continue to follow their current virtual schedule through Friday, Feb. 13Second Semester Learning Option schedule placements (Grades 6-8) will begin on Wednesday, Feb. 17.

  • The request windows for Grades K-5 and 9-12 have closed.
